The next Explore the Stars Program date is: October 24, 25
The Explore the Stars Program takes place one weekend a month, from April through October, at the Observatory Campground in the Cleveland National Forest on Palomar Mountain. Amateur astronomers from San Diego, Riverside and Orange Counties bring out their own telescopes, sharing spectacular views of the night sky with all comers.
Saturday nights feature a talk at the campground amphitheatre at dusk.
